After dental school, I heard of an intriguing opportunity to serve as a dentist in the armed forces. Growing up, I always wanted to serve our country which afforded me the fortune of freedom and opportunity, so I knew I had to do it. I served for 3 years in the US Air Force as a general dentist. This was a tremendous experience as I lived in Louisiana and grew accustomed to a totally new culture and environment from the hustling and bustling metropolis of North NJ/NYC that I was used to.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

During this time, my brother, Daniel Snow, was gaining tremendous momentum with his new company Caffeine Digital- an affiliate marketing platform. He always spoke about the novelty and potential of social media marketing, which intrigued me greatly. I’ve always had a thirst for knowledge and learning, so naturally I wanted to know more and perfect it. After analyzing the industry, I began running my own advertisement campaigns as an affiliate marketer with Caffeine Digital. Despite only working on it part-time at nights and on the weekends, I quickly rose the ranks of the company to become the top performing marketer for the company of nearly 1,000 active accounts.

My position in the company then escalated to Account Director, where I managed over 100 marketers and gave insight and strategy to any new or existing affiliates.

ENOUGH IS NEVER ENOUGH

In January 2016, Daniel and I launched our first E-Commerce brand, a jewelry accessory store that offers trendy, yet affordable wardrobe enhancers. From there, it took off. After amassing nearly 10k orders, we launched another brand, GOATcase (Greatest Of All-Time case), an innovative phone accessory brand. In less than a year, we grew to over 50 employees, owned over 5 DTC brands, and founded The Snow Agency, a full-service digital marketing agency. In only 6 months since inception, The Snow Agency was inducted into the Forbes Agency Council.

After my time in the US Air Force came to an end, I moved from Louisiana back to New Jersey to complete my specialty training in Orthodontics. I attended a 3-year residency program in Brooklyn, while simultaneously building The Snow Agency. The Snow Agency is one of only 12 Shopify Plus partnered digital marketing agencies in the US. We specialize in Meta, TikTok, Google, and Retention marketing with a significant focus on studio content production, performance creative development and influencer marketing. What separates The Snow Agency from others is that prior to spending other brands’ marketing dollars, we wanted to prove our concept and spend tens of millions of dollars on our own brands.
